Yesterday was full of adventures! Crystal and I ran errands like mad women trying to get everything done before we leave this week. One of our stops was Trader Joe's. The above is a pictorial of a favorite find; this yummy snack will make its way into my backpack for the road!

Today, on the other hand, has not been so enjoyable. This morning I had my fair share of challenges and frustrations. Now I should be getting ready to go see Crystal perform with the Honor's band at the State Museum but instead I am writing this blog and playing with my new camera.

I am at 12 days and counting...

It annoys me that everytime I go to cross things off my list I find new things to add to it.

I have 18 days and counting to prepare for this spring break. I am excited and very nervous. The economic state has caused me to have to rethink a lot of things for this trip. I spent some time balancing the checkbook today and am not fond of my findings.

I wish I could be a kid again and not have to worry about the financial impact of a vacation. I wish the economy was in a better state and I didn't have to worry about the finanicial impact of a vacation.

On the up side. I started new hours at work and that will be a tremendous help but I can't help but worry about the next few months.
